Lifetime Limited Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRENTY:

  1. panels and posts are guaranteed under a limited lifetime warranty under normal and intended usage, against cracking, peeling, chipping, blistering and corrosion resulting in structural failure.
  2. guaranteed against defects in workmanship or materials

* The warranty is not transferable and is only valid to the original registered purchaser*

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRENTY:

  1. Normal and intended usage does not include physical damage, abrasion, or heavy salt spray exposure to the protective coating or loss of gloss
  2. does not apply to any non-residential application
  3. warranty does not apply to Montage residential gates, all gates are warranted for a period of 1-year from the date of installation
  4. warranty does not apply to installations within 2 miles of salt-water coastline *Installations located less than 2 miles from coastline will be subject to a 10-year pro-rated manufacturer’s warranty*

HOW TO APPLY:

 In order for the warranty to be valid, the project must be registered online at Ameristar Fence, within 30 days of fence installation. Failure to register the project will void the warranty, without further action on the part of Ameristar.

12 Year Limited Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

  1. Defects in materials or workmanship and from the development of red rust over five percent (5%) of the surface for a period of twelve (12) years from date of purchase
  2. The chain-link fence fabric must be 11-1/2 gauge (.113″) or heavier
  3. The terminal and line posts must be 16 gauge (.065″) or heavier and top rail must be 17 gauge (.055″) or heavier
  4. This warranty applies to fence systems constructed entirely of components manufactured and/or supplied by Master-Halco.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

  • Damage from abnormal or improper use or design, accident, alteration, neglect, abuse, abrasion, air pollutants, improper service or installation, or damage caused by flood, fire or act of God is not covered by this limited warranty. Use in harsh industrial, coastal or marine environments is not warranted.

HOW TO APPLY:

  • To protect your rights under this warranty, please return the attached registration form* to Master-Halco, with the certification of your dealer, completed within 30 days of purchase. A properly filled out warranty registration form, completed by you and your dealer, is your best proof of coverage under this limited warranty.

15 Year Limited Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

  1. defects in material or workmanship including peeling, blistering and from the development of red rust over five percent (5%) of the surface for a period of fifteen (15) years from date of purchase
  2. fence systems constructed entirely of components manufactured and/or supplied by Master-Halco

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

  1. Damage from abnormal or improper use or design, accident, alteration, neglect, abuse, abrasion, air pollutants, improper service or installation, or damage caused by flood, fire or act of God is not covered by this limited warranty.

  • The manufacturer does not provide a warranty for their materials, and as a result, there is no warranty on any of our wood products. It is normal and common for wood to crack and warp over time, but these issues typically do not compromise the integrity or structure of the fence.
  • If replacement fence boards are desired, they can be provided at the customer’s expense.
  • However, if gate closures are affected due to warped boards, we offer complimentary gate latch adjustments at no additional cost to the customer.

The work will be completed in a good or workmanlike manner, free of major defects. The Post Guys Fencing Windsor Inc. takes pride in their craftsmanship and will address any repairs or changes needed due to workmanship error. However we are not responsible for natural wear and tear of any materials due to weather or environmental changes.
