Where are you Located?

We are located in LaSalle ON, and we currently offer our services in the Windsor-Essex County area!

What Materials do you offer for new fence installation?

We offer fence installation with the following materials:

Pressure Treated Wood, Chainlink, Wrought Iron, & Vinyl

Do you have a distance charge?

Yes, but our distance charge only apply to those who are located outside of our usual working district.

Do i need to complete anything prior to the installation date?

Depending on the services being provided, you may need to complete your property locates prior to the installation. This can be done online through ontarioonecall.ca.

I am looking to have multiple posts set for my new fence and wanted to know what materials I would need to provide?

You will need to supply the fence posts, which is based on your personal preference regarding the post size (4×4, 5×5, 6×6). In addition you will need two bags of concrete per post, we recommend Quikrete Fence N’ Post.

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, our company does require a minimum charge for our services. This is put into place so our company can still complete smaller jobs that may not have covered the cost of labour, wear and tear etc. Our minimum charge is dependent on the services being provided to the customer.

Do i need to confirm my installation date prior to the installation date?

There is no need to contact us in order to confirm your installation date. We will confirm the date of your booking when scheduling you in, if there are any changes we will contact you.

Warranty & Damages

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes we have a workmanship warranty, which includes any issue with your fence that was caused by us. We can provide free gate latch adjustments if needed just give us a call.

**NOTE: This does not include any natural wear and tear or warping of the wood and/or fence due to the weather or any environmental changes.**

Will our property locates guarantee that nothing will be damaged?

We will work with the customer to prevent any property damage to the best of our ability. Although cannot guarantee the
prevention of any or all damages associated with services being completed.

Do you cover damages made to our property?

We do not take responsibility for any damage to customers’ personal property in the location and/or proximity where the agreed-upon
services are required.
I.e. Landscaping, personal sprinkler systems, lawn accessories, furniture or, underground utilities not located by the town or city.
