By signing this Agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in this Contract. The Client also confirms approval of the project plans and scope as communicated to them through job paperwork or in writing by the Contractor.
Any modifications, additions, or revisions to the agreed-upon scope must be submitted in writing and are subject to the Contractor’s approval. Additional costs, scheduling changes, or delays may apply as a result of such changes. The Contractor reserves the right to adjust the project timeline and cost estimate accordingly.
